When my sis-in-law and I went to Paris last year (for 24 hours I might add), we were taking a bike tour and passed a little gift shop with Parisian berets. We tried to slam on our brakes, but sadly our tour guide said we didn’t have time to shop. So, a couple of weeks ago, she went to Italy and picked me up my very own beret! The good news for you guys is–I also have one that is an exact dupe from Target! I always feel like I look stupid in hats, but for some reason this one was so easy to style with my hair, and didn’t bother me at all to have on.
Speaking of Target finds, let’s talk about this sweater. I love it so much that I have it in two colors, and am already contemplating getting more. It fits just right. I normally have the problem of finding sweaters I love that cover my butt, but then they’re too wide and bulky everywhere else. This one is the exception! It fits perfectly through the torso with a split hem, and covers your booty! For under $30, you can’t lose with this pick!
When I came across these girly polka dot socks, I had to have them, even though I had no idea how I would wear them or style them. Once I got the beret, it all just kind of fell into place, and I knew this was the perfect outfit for a Parisian inspired fall look. Think Blair Waldorf meets Carrie Bradshaw meets Madeline. Don’t be afraid to wear socks with heels! I think it’s a simple way to add a chic touch to an outfit, without taking away from the look.
