How was ya’ll’s Fourth of July?! We went to Kentucky Lake for the weekend and then came back and watched fireworks downtown on the river. I love how festive and patriotic Owensboro gets on the fourth, and there are always tons of red, white & blue options at local boutiques here in town, which makes it that much more fun to shop!

If you’ve picked up the most recent copy of Owensboro Living, you’ll find this fun summer look from Peacocks and Pearls. I love this romper, because it’s so versatile and such a bold color. How adorable would this be for UK games? Dress it up with heels or wedges, or dress it down like I did with these fun little scalloped flat sandals.
