As soon as I saw this top, I had to have it. Put ruffles on something, and I’m sold! I’m so ready for spring. (Can’t you tell with my white pants?) It’s finally starting to get a little warmer–which means it’s more acceptable for me to wear my favorite bright clothes, right? Check out Back Down South, which is where I got this fabulous top!
